Wilted Pak Choi

Ingredients

4 baby Pak Choi cut in half

100g edamame

½ tablespoon sesame oil

½ tablespoon olive oil

½ tablespoon sesame seeds

½ teaspoon jane’s pepper mix

1 tablespoons soya sauce

½ tablespoon rice vinegar

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan forced

Place the cut Pak Choi on a baking tray and sprinkle the edamame over the top.

Mix the sesame oil, olive oil, sesame seeds, pepper mix, soya sauce and rice vinegar together and drizzle evenly over the Pak Choi. Bake in the oven until just wilted (7 minutes).
