Cooking courses: Discover your inner chef!
Book your personal course with me and discover new cooking skills! With me you will learn the classic cuisine with an exotic twist: we combine everyday herbs with exotic, interesting spices and integrate them into your daily cooking sequences. In the process, I'll show you tasty but easy-to-prepare menus and dishes. We use familiar foods and create menus with an exotic twist - like a potato gratin with coconut milk and green curry paste instead of the classic version.
In my courses, we work in small groups. Afterwards, you enjoy the fine dishes in a cozy atmosphere. All courses include aprons, recipe brochures and mineral water.

Learn, for example, how it's done "down under": I'll show you how to marinate, season and combine excitingly simple but sophisticated dishes for the barbecue.
