Thai Spiced Meatballs

New 15.08.25, Beef, Great Snack

Ingredients

The Paste Mix

1tablespoon red curry paste

1 tablespoon chopped coriander

1 tablespoon chopped mint

½ teaspoon salt

A couple of rounds black pepper

2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce

2cm peeled chopped ginger finely

2 spring onions sliced finely

1teaspoon cumin

The Meatball mix

1kg minced meat

Paste from above

75g flour

30g breadcrumbs or panko breadcrumbs

1 egg

1 teaspoon salt

Pepper to taste of Jane’s pepper mix

Method The Paste

Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix to a smooth paste. If you don’t have a food processor – chop everything very finely.

Method The Meatballs

Mix all ingredients together really well. Let rest for ½ an hour. Roll into balls placing on a baking tray with a little oil. When the balls are all rolled place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven.
