Jane's Pepper Mix

New 22.08.25, great for all your spicy needs, sprinkle over potatoes

Ingredients

1 tablespoon pink pepper

4 tablespoon black pepper

1 tablespoon Tasmanian pepper berry

1 tablespoon Sichuan Pepper

1 teaspoon cumin ground

1 teaspoon lemon myrtle leaf ground

1 teaspoon mountain pepper leaf ground

½ teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon coriander seed ground

1 teaspoon salt flakes (Murray River Salt)

Method

Mix the pink peppercorns, black peppercorns, Tasmanian peppercorns and Sichuan peppercorn together and crush in small batched until fine. I use a coffee grinder to crush mine. Add all the other ground spices and mix well. Lastly add the Murray River salt just break it up a bit with your fingers. You can us any flaky salt you like just make sure the pieces are not too big, crush a little before adding to the pepper mix.

Use this mix for meat, fish, potatoes oh the combinations are endless!
