Baked Barramundi Fillet

4 barramundi fillets
2 lemons sliced
1 lemon juiced
Lemon salt
Ingrediants Lemon Salt
2 tablespoon Murray River Salt
1 lemon zest grated, yellow skin only
1teaspoon lemon myrtle
pinch cayenne pepper
1teaspoon black lime powder
Method Lemon Salt
Crush the Murray River salt between your fingers just to break it up a little. Adding the other spices and mix well.
Method Fish-Baking
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C fan forced
Line a baking tray with kitchen paper.
Lay out the lemon slices to fit under your fish fillet. Place the fillet on top of the lemon slices. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with lemon salt
(Not too much! Its salt)
Place the fish in the oven to bake for 10-12 minutes or until it is soft and starting to fall apart.
