 Vegetarian cuisine can be light, creative, and flavourful. In this cooking class, you'll rediscover vegetables and learn just how versatile plant-based ingredients can be. With targeted marinades, spices, and simple techniques, you'll create dishes that impress and build confidence in your vegetarian cooking. A taste of Australia

 This cookery class is a culinary journey through modern Australia. Inspired by traditional Aboriginal ingredients and contemporary urban and outback culinary traditions, you'll create diverse and distinctive dishes. Together, we'll prepare a menu accompanied by select spices and perfectly paired wines, beers, and spirits. After cooking, you'll enjoy the meal together at Jane's table. Duration: approx. 4 hours. Aussie BBQ

 Grill like they do in Australia. In this cookery class, you'll learn how to properly marinate, season, and combine meat, chicken, and fish. Jane will show you how to use herbs and spices to transform simple ingredients into surprising BBQ dishes.
